01. DESIGN
For clients who have not already sourced design plans, Rick will meet with you to discuss your aspirations, requirements, style and budget in order to develop a project brief.
Drawing on his architectural expertise, Rick will guide you through the design process and work with you to ensure your new home is tailored perfectly to your requirements and budget. We will develop design concepts, inclusions summaries and budget estimates that are then presented to you for your consideration and revision. This comprehensive process gives every client the information and confidence they need to proceed to the next phase.
02. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & DOCUMENTATION
Once a design concept and budget framework are established, Wright Signature Homes will organise all required documentation such as surveys, soil tests, working drawings and engineering design. We will also arrange selection meetings with interior designers, consultants and suppliers where required.
This extensive documentation and selection process allows finalisation of a fixed price contract sum and is vital in establishing a contract framework where both builder and client know exactly where they stand.
03.
APPROVALS
Once a building contract is established, Wright Signature Homes will arrange all required approvals from councils, private certifiers and service providers. Construction can then commence.
Wright Signature Homes recognises that clear and effective communication is key to a successful and efficient build. Once construction begins, we will keep you well-informed with regular communication and site meetings.
We will notify you well in advance of any decisions to be made and will arrange further selection meetings with various consultants and suppliers to aid in the decision-making process.
Quality is paramount and we treat every build as if it was our very own. We contract only reputable, highly skilled and qualified tradespeople to undertake works and we provide comprehensive supervision of every aspect of construction as we strive to deliver exceptional value and exceed your expectations.
05. COMPLETION
Wright Signature Homes will arrange for any required inspections and certification by various parties. Once you are completely happy with your project, final payment is made and we begin the handover process. Keys, warranties, certificates and instruction manuals are provided, and you are able to take possession of your new creation.
We will follow up to make sure you’re enjoying your new home and offer a 12-month Defect Liability Period to address any concerns you may have.
